At Zogi we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles, wax melts, and refills. Designed by Arroe curates beautiful bohemian home decor and print on demand products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

There are no refunds for any digital download products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items or items not in their original condition.

For any items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to resolve any issues promptly. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
